Moisture is one of the most common and complex causes of damage in construction. Causes can include leaky components, thermal bridges, condensation, inadequate ventilation, usage patterns, or poor structural design. If these areas remain undetected or are incorrectly assessed, there is a risk of long-term damage to the building fabric, the quality of living, and the hygienic conditions in the building.

We carry out differentiated analyses, measure material and room humidity, evaluate surface temperatures and temperature profiles, and check construction details for structural weaknesses. On this basis, we distinguish between causes related to usage, construction, planning, or execution, and clarify the actual mechanisms of damage.

In the case of mold damage, we assess the extent of the infestation, the potential structural and hygienic risks, and the necessary remediation measures. The focus is not only on the visible symptoms, but above all on the sustainable elimination of the cause. This is the only way to permanently solve moisture and mold problems.

Our goal is to clearly identify the cause as the basis for technically sensible, economically viable, and sustainable remediation concepts for moisture damage and mold damage.
