New construction projects, renovation or conversion work, and work on existing buildings always involve technical and legal risks for the client. Structured preservation of evidence and quality assurance during construction create transparency and minimize subsequent conflicts. Documentation and expert supervision as elements of construction supervision are therefore central components for conflict-free, safe, and economical execution and help to avoid later disputes.

As part of evidence preservation, we record the condition of the building before, during, and after a construction project in a detailed, comprehensible, and legally binding manner. Technical defects or other anomalies are systematically recorded, documented photographically, and classified professionally. This creates a reliable basis for the assessment of possible defects or damage in the further course of construction.

Construction supervision includes regular inspection of relevant construction phases with regard to compliance with plans, technical execution, and adherence to recognized technical standards. Defects or other anomalies detected at an early stage can usually be remedied with significantly less effort and prevent costly consequential damage, delays, or subsequent disputes.
Our goal is to ensure the construction quality, deadlines, and investments of our clients from the outset—with clear documentation and independent expert assessment until completion.
